The black-clad paraclete of justice is promptly roped securely to a chair and silenced with a wrap gag. While the nasty villain is subjecting Rope Bunny to a carefully planned predicament, the courageous crusader tries to take advantage of her solo confinement to liberate herself and save the day. But her valiant efforts all prove to be fruitless, and she's still a powerless prisoner when her host returns to check on her. 

The Japester reports that Rope Bunny has thwarted his initial scheme, but until he can set up his next wicked dilemma he decides to give some attention to his unexpected guest. He approaches The Silver Nemesis, and the PVC Powerhouse is completely unable to resist when he pulls off her mask! She can only despair when the tacky villain informs her he intends to use facial recognition technology to discover her true identity. And if that isn't enough, The Japester then re-ties the stunning brunette. He pulls open her catsuit to expose her luscious breasts, and he binds her with legs wide apart, the zipper on her costume opened up to expose her most intimate area. Confident the defeated super-damsel can't escape from the ropes, he leaves her all alone again to continue his evil plans for Rope Bunny. Well, she willingly walked into it, actually. In any case she's caught in a net, and at the mercy of a new supervillain who introduces himself as "The Japester." He tells his luscious guest that he intends to find out the secret of her invulnerability, but Rope Bunny isn't the least bit concerned. She's more worried about whether or not he's going to tie her up and gag her, and he assures the busty blonde it'll happen. But first he has to make his final preparations for her. She's a little unhappy about the delay. She's okay with the net but tells him ropes are really more her thing. The Japester ignores her promise to use her special signal watch, but then she glumly states she doesn't think it's working anyway, and probably hasn't for months.

When we next see Rope Bunny, she's dressed up like the damsel from an old beach movie and tied down to a board. The bad guy tells the fearless super-lady he's prepared a special saw made of the hardest materials known, and he intends to subject the trussed up adventuress to cutting edge supervillain technology. Rope Bunny is gagged, and soon the engine rev up and the saw blade starts spinning. Our gorgeous protagonist plays along with the game and gives a wonderful damsel performance as the platform she's tied down on moves closer and closer to the ominous metal saw. But the villain's evil scheme comes to pieces when the blade finally makes contact with Rope Bunny and immediately shatters. The Japester is disappointed, of course, but he assures the bound and gagged super-babe he's got an alternative plan... which seems to amuse her.

The story continues with our brave detective Professor Laura Bentley investigating a peculiar building in a seemingly abandoned industrial area. Her perseverance is rewarded when she discovers that the warehouse is, indeed, filled with the goods of an unusual smuggler. But no sooner does get this break in the case when she's caught snooping! Confronted by a security guard, she hopes her spurious excuse for trespassing will appease him, but he's not buying her story. He not only handcuffs the  luscious blonde, he locks leg irons onto her ankles and uses a second pair to attach her to a trunk. Then to complete her captivity he presses several strips of duct tape onto her lips. Laura is left alone when the guard goes to check her story, and she bemoans the fact she'd practiced escaping from ropes and not handcuffs. She desperately tries to slip out of the metal restraints, but she's still locked up when the guard returns to inform her he's found out her story was bogus. Laura looks nervous when he adds his boss instructed him to make our damsel a little less comfortable. Laura is hogtied on the floor, and she moans, struggles and squirms against the ropes. It seems her escape practice turned out to be useless in a real-life situation. At some point the nasty guard opens up her blouse to leer at her considerable breasts. Unfortunately, Laura is still unable to wiggle out of her bindings. Next the delectable detective is placed into the large trunk. It seems the mysterious boss wants to meet her! What terrible fate does he have planned for the bound and gagged blonde?

Help-Man gets a message from the aliens to prepare for transport in 10 Earth minutes, and he exits (presumably to make sure no one else in the studio interferes with his mission). Even though the celebrated fetish model has been tied up quite often, she can't slip out of the snug ropes despite her earnest struggles. Help-Man returns to check on his prize and he gets further instruction from his masters to make the French damsel more "presentable" for their perverted leader. With another flash of his otherworldly device, she's suddenly bound with her legs apart and her enormous breasts are now bared! In any case, he intends to keep Ms. Rose safely locked away until his girlfriend arrives so he can convince Chloe to admit to her that she was behind the fiendish machinations that drove them apart. He lowers the glamorous blonde onto a convenient pad on the floor, and then to make sure she stays put he hogties his alluring adversary (shown on-screen). The protagonist exits in anticipation of his girlfriend's imminent arrival, and the exquisite vixen struggles with all her might to escape being held accountable for her own actions. Chloe moans, rolls around and fights the ropes for all she's worth, but freedom eludes her. Could it be the protagonist's absurd strategy is really going to work?

But it seems our protagonist may be a bit loony, as his sidekick is a stuffed toy which he talks to as if it were real. In fact, he leaves the plushie to guard the trussed up beauty while he makes arrangements for this fateful meeting. That character we love to hate moans and struggles to escape from this weird storyline, but she's still stuck in the back when he returns with one of the club's employees. Even though she's tapegagged, Chloe tries to let the worker know what's really going on. But her captor convinces the employee it's all part of an act for a party that evening. Even though it seems implausible, she believes the story and the protagonist pulls his tied-up passenger out of the car and hops her into the club.

Chloe Rose enters her darkened bedroom and she notices someone in the bed and a note for her on the table. It's ostensibly an overture for reconciliation from a former lover she's been hoping to win back. Thrilled at this development, Chloe removes her dress and starts to get into bed for a sexy reunion. But when she pulls back the blanket she's surprised (but not the least bit amused) to see a dummy waiting for her. Her annoyance at this prank is quickly interrupted when the protagonist grabs her hand over mouth. Chloe has fallen into his trap!

The blonde vixen is next seen tied hand and foot on her bed and tapegagged, and she's none too happy about being treated in this manner. Her captor tells Chloe she'd gone too far when her vicious lies broke up his relationship with his girlfriend, and now he's going to compel the bound and gagged beauty to tell the truth and save his love affair. Her angry vocalizations indicate Chloe is not on-board with his plan, but he's confident he can ultimately make her see things his way. He exits to make some preparations, and Chloe puts on a lively show as she rolls around on the bed, squirming against the ropes and moaning through her tapegag. But her vigorous efforts only cause her nightgown to fall off her shoulders and reveal her pert and perfect breasts. When the protagonist returns, he rolls in a large trunk. To facilitate his plan he breaks into Chloe's house where her personal assistant Reyna Belle is working late. She's taken completely by surprise when he suddenly grabs her hand over mouth, and then the busty beauty is thoroughly bound to a chair. She warns him that his ridiculous idea won't work, and he responds by stuffing a cloth into her mouth and tying it in place. Confident the Latina lovely won't be able to escape from his ropework, he leaves her alone to prepare his trap for the show's favorite villainess. Naturally, Reyna is hoping to prove him wrong about his rigging abilities. She pulls and twists against her restraints, but she's made no progress when our protagonist returns a bit later to announce that Chloe's been unexpectedly delayed. He then comments that Reyna's dress looks like it's probably hot, so he's going to graciously help her cool down. He accomplishes this by exposing her enormous breasts. He then returns to his task and poor Reyna struggles against the snug ropes and moans in complete frustration. So far, everything is going according to plan!

Additional leather straps snugly encircle her body, leather cuffs are locking her ankles together and strips of microfoam tape have been pressed over her lips. The impostor is using a rope to secure the straitjacket to the ceiling, making certain the dark-haired beauty remains standing in a spot where she can't reach anything that might help her effect an escape. He explains that when people start asking questions, that's his cue to become scarce. He then leaves his stunning prisoner to be found later, and he makes yet another clean getaway. Left alone, Alexa gives a sincere effort to extricate herself from the canvas jacket with the extra-long sleeves. Yet the bondage is completely unyielding, and the best our plucky candy striper can do is slip out of her heels. She lifts her stockinged feet up off the floor, hoping against hope that the line attaching her to the ceiling will give way and she'll be able to hop out to find someone to free her. But as the scene concludes, our darling damsel is still powerlessly stuck, waiting and hoping for rescue and release.
