When the supervillain Gizmo is finally brought to justice, retired super-lady Patriot Girl decides to make one final visit to his secret lair. To the uninformed, it would look like an unremarkable piece of furniture, but it sparks a vivid memory for the masked avengress. Trapped once again by the dastardly villain, the busty crime-buster is ballgagged and tied to that chair. But the ordeal of the vanquished super-lady promises to go beyond their previous encounters, as Gizmo has has secured a powerful vibrator between her thighs. Patriot Girl bravely tries to break free before his evil plan can go any further, but her efforts are all unrewarded. In  her memories, Patriot Girl is once again in his power, securely bound to the post with a fiendish unbreakable plastic wrap, more power-sapping tape pulled tightly around her legs. Her mouth is stuffed full, the cloth visible through the plastic wrap holding it in place and keeping her head against the post. To complete her humbling defeat, the cruel villain ultimately pulls down her top to bare her enormous boobs. The masked super-lady moans, squirms and wriggles against her bindings even though she knows her chances of winning this game are virtually nil. It seems the cunning villain has won yet again!

Metro City District Attorney Darla Crane is working in her office when she gets the call that the supervillain “Gizmo” has finally been convicted and will in prison for quite a while. Darla is surprised, and comments that she’s glad that he’s being put away. She also mentions how he was a thorn in the side of many superheroines over the years, especially to the retired “Patriot Girl.” After the call she becomes pensive decides to go out on a sentimental journey.

Now dressed up once again her Patriot Girl costume, Darla cautiously enters Gizmo's abandoned secret lair. It still contains much of his sinister dungeon equipment, and she reflects on the many times she'd fallen into the villain's clutches and was brought there as a prisoner. Despite her numerous defeats, she can't help but feel nostalgic and as she slips into a memory of one of her earlier adventures. In this flashback, the busty super-lady is secured to a bondage chair, bound with her booted legs and gloved arms tied wide apart. The feisty champion of justice pulls at her restraints and demands to be set free, admonishing her nemesis that he won't succeed with his evil plan. But her attitude only earns her a ballgag... and the pulling down of her shiny leotard to expose her voluminous breasts. But our brave crime-buster hasn't given up yet. Even though things aren't looking good for her, she still pulls and struggles against the ropes. Ultimately she must grudgingly admit defeat... this time!

In any case, he intends to keep Ms. Rose safely locked away until his girlfriend arrives so he can convince Chloe to admit to her that she was behind the fiendish machinations that drove them apart. He lowers the glamorous blonde onto a convenient pad on the floor, and then to make sure she stays put he hogties his alluring adversary (shown on-screen). The protagonist exits in anticipation of his girlfriend's imminent arrival, and the exquisite vixen struggles with all her might to escape being held accountable for her own actions. Chloe moans, rolls around and fights the ropes for all she's worth, but freedom eludes her. Could it be the protagonist's absurd strategy is really going to work?

Encore! Thrill to the 2nd camera version of this delightful fantasy! This soap opera parody picks up with the protagonist's unhinged plot unfolding as he'd hoped it would. With the show's chief villainess (stunning Chloe Rose) bound and gagged in the back of his car, he drives to a familiar country club. He creates a clever ruse to lure his former girlfriend to the club in order to get Chloe to confess to her wicked scheme to break them up. But it seems our protagonist may be a bit loony, as his sidekick is a stuffed toy which he talks to as if it were real. In fact, he leaves the plushie to guard the trussed up beauty while he makes arrangements for this fateful meeting. That character we love to hate moans and struggles to escape from this weird storyline, but she's still stuck in the back when he returns with one of the club's employees. Even though she's tapegagged, Chloe tries to let the worker know what's really going on. But her captor convinces the employee it's all part of an act for a party that evening. Even though it seems implausible, she believes the story and the protagonist pulls his tied-up passenger out of the car and hops her into the club.

With the soap opera's main villainess now safely locked away, the protagonist returns to check on Chloe's personal assistant, Reyna Belle. Knowing it might be some time before anyone finds and frees her, he graciously chooses to make the well-endowed damsel comfortable until she's rescued. The buxom babe is stripped down to her lacy lingerie, tapegagged and tied to Chloe's bed. (And why not? She won't be using it for a while.) She's bound with her ankles crossed and her hands tied overhead. Chloe Rose enters her darkened bedroom and she notices someone in the bed and a note for her on the table. It's ostensibly an overture for reconciliation from a former lover she's been hoping to win back. Thrilled at this development, Chloe removes her dress and starts to get into bed for a sexy reunion. But when she pulls back the blanket she's surprised (but not the least bit amused) to see a dummy waiting for her. Her annoyance at this prank is quickly interrupted when the protagonist grabs her hand over mouth. Chloe has fallen into his trap!

The blonde vixen is next seen tied hand and foot on her bed and tapegagged, and she's none too happy about being treated in this manner. Her captor tells Chloe she'd gone too far when her vicious lies broke up his relationship with his girlfriend, and now he's going to compel the bound and gagged beauty to tell the truth and save his love affair. Her angry vocalizations indicate Chloe is not on-board with his plan, but he's confident he can ultimately make her see things his way. He exits to make some preparations, and Chloe puts on a lively show as she rolls around on the bed, squirming against the ropes and moaning through her tapegag. But her vigorous efforts only cause her nightgown to fall off her shoulders and reveal her pert and perfect breasts. When the protagonist returns, he rolls in a large trunk. We begin with a segment about a desperate man who believes his only chance of getting his girlfriend to take him back is to compel the show's gorgeous vixen Chloe Rose to confess to her evil schemes against him. To facilitate his plan he breaks into Chloe's house where her personal assistant Reyna Belle is working late. She's taken completely by surprise when he suddenly grabs her hand over mouth, and then the busty beauty is thoroughly bound to a chair. She warns him that his ridiculous idea won't work, and he responds by stuffing a cloth into her mouth and tying it in place. Confident the Latina lovely won't be able to escape from his ropework, he leaves her alone to prepare his trap for the show's favorite villainess. Naturally, Reyna is hoping to prove him wrong about his rigging abilities. She pulls and twists against her restraints, but she's made no progress when our protagonist returns a bit later to announce that Chloe's been unexpectedly delayed. He then comments that Reyna's dress looks like it's probably hot, so he's going to graciously help her cool down. He accomplishes this by exposing her enormous breasts. He then returns to his task and poor Reyna struggles against the snug ropes and moans in complete frustration. So far, everything is going according to plan!

At a shabby urgent care clinic in a run-down section of town, sexy candy striper Alexa Chains enters the rather spacious office of the director of the facility. The impostor is using a rope to secure the straitjacket to the ceiling, making certain the dark-haired beauty remains standing in a spot where she can't reach anything that might help her effect an escape. He explains that when people start asking questions, that's his cue to become scarce. He then leaves his stunning prisoner to be found later, and he makes yet another clean getaway. Left alone, Alexa gives a sincere effort to extricate herself from the canvas jacket with the extra-long sleeves. Yet the bondage is completely unyielding, and the best our plucky candy striper can do is slip out of her heels. She lifts her stockinged feet up off the floor, hoping against hope that the line attaching her to the ceiling will give way and she'll be able to hop out to find someone to free her. But as the scene concludes, our darling damsel is still powerlessly stuck, waiting and hoping for rescue and release.
