Cyber Doll, an android ally of the superheroine American Damsel, is still the prisoner of the villain known as "The Henchman." Although her own programming is resisting his hacking takeover of her system, she's still unable to defy his commands when he orders her put on a satiny nightgown and allow him to securely bind her to a chair. She states her uncertainty about being under his control, but he presses a few buttons on his insidious electronic device and Cyber Doll is now completely happy to be tied up. She's tracked him down to a motel, but no sooner does she confront the masked evildoer when he freezes her with a mysterious electronic device. He explains that he knows she's an A.I.D.A. (Artificial Intelligence Defense Android)  unit, and that all of them have a specific flaw, a desire to be in bondage which can never be completely eradicated from their programming. He plans to take advantage of this weakness, and increases that desire to maximum levels. Cybel Doll immediately falls to her knees and begs The Henchman to tie her up, and he's more than happy to honor her request!
