This is an unusual deleted segment from the parody "Bell, Book & Ballgag." As "Captive of F.A.R.G.E." continues, we see brief glimpses of Phoebe Queen's captivity: chained up in the bathroom, handcuffed for a meal, and handcuffed and bandana-gagged for a humiliating shower.
