Reporter Alexis Taylor follows a lead to the Middle East. To go undercover, she must subdue a belly dancer (Hannah Perez) and steal her harem girl costume. The busty performer is stripped naked, bound hand and foot with duct tape, and tapegagged as well. Alexis locks her in a bathroom and takes the place of the waylaid dancer. Hannah hops all over the tiny room, trying to get free or alert someone to her sticky situation. Someone does eventually find the helpless beauty, and Alexis is taken captive!

Bound hostess Mary Jane Green presents a segment from "Action Nurses" next. Team member Ashley Renee thinks she's rescuing scantily-clad hostage Kristal Summers. But once the gorgeous blonde is freed, she overpowers Ashley so she can steal her uniform. Yet before Kristal can proceed with her scheme, she's grabbed by a henchman who thinks she really is one of the Action Nurses. Both ladies are securely chair-tied and cleavegagged, struggling helplessly to try to be the first one to free herself.
