The Black Hoodie has invaded the home of the absent Director of the Bureau of National Defense. The ski-masked baddie makes his way downstairs, where Agent Ashley Lane is rather inexpertly tied but handcuffed and unable to free herself. The villain enters and removes her cleavegag to find out what happened. The leggy agent confesses that she was playing a game with her charges that got out of hand when they found her cuffs. Ashley quickly assesses that this stranger isn't going to free her, and the masked villain silences Agent Lane with a stuffed microfoam tape gag. He then uses more rope to secure the luckless sitter to her chair while he continues with his mysterious task. Poor Ashley tries to escape this terrible development, but she remains his prisoner.

At Professor Claw's mansion, undercover agent Britney Amber (in a soft corset, panties and frill-topped stockings) is interrogated by the dark master criminal. At a seedy tavern, the villain Bike is approached by a gorgeous lady (Kalina Ryu) who claims to be Empress Octavia. The mysterious lady takes him back to the Empress' mansion, where she instructs the wary villain to bind and gag her. Once she's helpless, the lady (in a satiny outfit, boots, lacy blouse and gloves) begins an other-worldly meditation, but it's soon interrupted by Bike. He uses unusual methods to interrogate the trussed-up beauty, and she reveals she's actually an extraterrestrial! When his questioning is completed, the skeptical villain regags his stunning captive and leaves her alone to futilely strain against her bindings while he ransacks her alien belongings.

In a ghost town somewhere out West, government agent Sarah Brooke has arranged a meeting with the mysterious enemy agent known only as "The Gray Man." She offers him $3 million for him to release his numerous hostages, but his only answer is to grab the hapless agent. The taciturn villain restrains Sarah with handcuffs and ropes, and he silences her with a cleavegag (as well as relieving her of her eyeglasses), all shown on-onscreen. He completes the gorgeous redhead's failure by exposing her luscious breasts and leaving her to struggle alone as he concludes their meeting.

We learn from a quick recap of Part One that undercover policewoman Addie Juniper was taken captive by phony psychics running a white slavery operation. The criminals are all set to flee, and they decide to leave their comely captive in a situation that guarantees her maximum embarrassment later when she's found by her backup. She tells the famous sleuth that her niece, Blair Williams, was investigating at the B & G Company, looking for any clues that might lead to the mastermind of the plot. But Phoebe hadn't heard from Blair in hours, and we soon find out why. Ms. Williams (in secretarial blouse, short skirt, belt, pantyhose and heels) is caught snooping by a mysterious ski-masked villain. The busty blonde is tied hand and foot, cleavegagged with a bandana and secured to a chair (all shown on-screen) and her captor starts to make a video of his sexy hostage.
